Really, for me, there is no other option. I read, I love to travel, love to learn new things, and talk to people. I process all of those experiences through writing. What would I do if I wasn't a writer? Kill plants, burn cakes, maybe drive a taxi? Nah, I need to write.

I have experience in magazine editing, radio, co-op advertising, healthcare marketing, catalog proofing, and writing for the library industry. I've written radio spots, brochures, Web copy, press releases, short stories, essays, and business correspondence. I've interviewed a host of people, from the president of the Pennsylvania State University to acclaimed author Julia Alvarez. My credentials are solid.
